How can I remove the links at the top of the "my account" page

Hello,
Could you help me out by pointing to where the documentation is on this subject? Been going through different forums and vids but I cant seem to find it.
I was also trying to find out how to add an additional user menu where the admin could enter info to the users page about the products paid for and whats left to pay for etc....
