cb2.0b4: Unable to find install package

I tried to install and get this error:

I just tried downloading from both areas and was able to install package on Joomla 2.5.20 and Joomla 3.3 environments without issues.

Which Joomla version are you trying to install this on?
Is this a clean install, an upgrade from CB 1.9.1 or an upgrade from CB 2.0 b3?

I know where to find, I am a professional member.
I installed on a fresh joomla 3.3 with php 5.5.35-0+wheezy1
I get:
Error
There was an error uploading this file to the server.

really strange

it seems there was a change on my server. With installing from directory it worked fine.

really strange

Sounds like your php file upload size limit is the issue.
