I get this message from paypal and I try to find how to solve this I rather new at this..Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
Review your CBSubs documentation carefully. It sounds like you don't have PayPal and/or CBSubs Gateway configured properly. Also ensure if you're using some sort of Joomla security extension or server side security that it isn't blocking inbound connections from PayPal.
