Have reviewed your install and tested further. It appears to be due to SEF. Once SEF is enabled all the URL variables are lost that it's looking for. Will debug further locally to see if it can be fixed as it's also affecting CB 2.0.

I've fixed the plugin and installed soon to be released 1.0.1, but you've still something breaking return URLs on your site. The below is being set as the return URL.

DOMAIN/index.php/&return=aHR0cDovL2V4dHJhbmV0Lml1c2xhYm9yaXMuY29tL2luZGV4LnBocC9hbGwtYWJvdXQtdGhpcy1zaXRl

That's not valid at all. The return in the user data should be the return variable, but decoded. So something installed is altering your URLs. This behavior is also seen with Joomlas login module on your site so it is not limited to CB.

Thanks a lot for your investigation. Indeed now when I disable SEF, the return works. But then it is the whole website that seems to be broken, which is not really a good deal.

What is very strange is that when I tried on Friday with joomlas login module, the return worked perfectly (I even considered to use it instead of CB's module...).

I've no idea what's doing it, but it's likely a 3rd party Joomla system plugin as they are the only plugins that can act on the router unless it's a 3rd party router.php doing it somehow. I've installed 2.0.1 which is compatible with SEF, but you still have something that's breaking the return URL stored in the Joomla user state. I've tested it on your site with CB and Joomla login and they both have the same return URL in their HTML form, so they're identical now.

Ok thanks a lot for your work and informations.
For some links it works though, it seems only flexicontent links are broken. I'll see what I can do about that...

That is already a big improvement to my website!

The best of luck in continuing the good work!!
