Just migrated from Joomla 2.5 to 3.3. Reinstalled CB Pro 1.91.
In Cb USer Manager on the first page of users I can access the files on Brace (me), Hanley and Valdez. All other give me a "blue" screen with the menu in text along the left margin.
In the page tab I get this error message: Error:1146 Table 'veterans_db17.jos.comprofiler' doesn't exist..............
My database is veterans_db17_mmp_ob2pa_ (the upgrade to Joomla 3.3. Let me know what credentials you need to look into this.

If I also try to enter the user management area thru CBSubs subscriptions I get the same inconsistent access to user info. I can access all plans, gateways and I can use the last number column to update membership dates, expirations, etc in the subscriptions tab.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done re-test and see if you get a callstack for the location of the error. Sounds like you've something manually configured to query the database instead of with the #__ table prefix, which auto replaces as CB has no database table prefix hardcoding.

I have no idea how to interpret the debug items. I have enabled debug with max reporting. I also filled a ticket earlier, #385115, with the info you need to look at this behind the scenes.

Your server seams to have a 500 error override page. I'm unable to debug the actual error from backend. Please PM or add to your ticket your cPanel hosting login credentials so I can review your servers error logs.

Have reviewed your server and enabled error logging for you (private/php-errors.log), but it's still not enough as your server has a custom 500 error redirect. So I can't see any MYSQL errors, which that's probably what this is. You need to contact your host and have them provide the full error stack so I can see what the error is and where it's coming from.
