Hey Kyle,

As I had saved the version 2.5 database and website files, I decided to delete the new database, new files and redo the migration. Then I reloaded CB and then CBSubs with no change to the blue screen in the User Manager. I then decided to disable each CB plugin one at a time and lo and behold, it was the Geocode Factory Cb plugin. But the kicker is, you can see the user files if the latitude/longitude are populated. If not you get the blue screen and no access to that user.

I have 650 members in our database and do not think I want to manually load each location, so I will disable this plugin for awhile.
