[SOLVED] Mailer and cron frequency was created by autobahn
I have set up a mailer which is to be sent to each active subscriber one month before the expiry date of their subscription. I plan to run this as a cron job.

Do I need to run the cron job daily to ensure that every subscriber is sent the email exactly one month before the expiry date or will this result in the email being sent repeatedly on a daily basis until the expiry date?

We want to send subscribers one renewal information email one month before the expiry date, a second reminder email two weeks before the expiry date and a second reminder email on the expiry date.

You'll want to run it daily as users can end up expiring at different dates and times depend on plan setup.
