[SOLVED] Registered Can't see the Subs options

Have a monthly newsletter subscription deal to access a newsletter - CB + CBSubs version 3.0. I use Paypal for recurring billing.

Problem I have is that if a registered user is logged in, they can't see the subscription options. The page displays 'You are already logged in'.

The settings in CBSubs seem apparent for solving this.

Show subscription plans at registration: YES
Allow Free Registered Users (without subscriptions):YES
Show Renew/Reactivate buttons: YES
Show subscription plans upgrade possibilities: YES

So, registered and NO access can't see it, registered WITH access to subscription can't see it.

My link for a non-registered user is fine - but if a user creates an account without finishing this transaction, then they can't come back and complete it.

Sounds like you're linking to registration instead of linking to the plans page. They need to navigate to the below URL to see available plans and current subscription status.

index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans
