Nested profile tab? You can't. Plugin tabs can't be nested in CB 1.x. For CB 2.0 the global nesting is removed in favor of individual tab nesting (you'll be able to specify which tabs you want to nest) and works with plugin tabs.

You need to follow the picture-book tutorial steps to configure uddeIM and also publish the quick message tab.
