You can remove the menu item using the below CSS.

but with this css changes i dont display the private message in the tab not in the menù..

Another question is it possible to add a filed when i add an image..
i need of a album field, because then i have to do a research for all users image in a particular album.

I see that i have to edit cb.profilegallery.php file for the profile gallery, i would have to insert a album field so the users can upload the image in right folder

The CSS just removes the menu item. If you want quick message in a tab then edit the Quick Message tab in CB > Tab Management and move it around as needed.

CB has no support for albums of images at this time.

We do not support core edits so we can not help you with this.
