[SOLVED] Insert video in perfil: "You don't have permission"

Hello, I have this problem:
i was filling out a user profile from the front-end and attempt to put a video in a field type text editor with the JCE editor and i cannot. I get the message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /mi-espacio on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


Long ago I had the problem, but with your help it resolved.
General config CB do not filter: iframe object.
Configuration remains the same, but now I can't insert video

I've tried to insert video in article joomla and there is no problem.

After I've tried to insert video in text editor field in user profile from back-end and the problem persists. I receive the same notice.
But it adds another problem:
from back-end, when I want to exit the user profile (save or cancel) in which I have tried to put video i also get this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /administrator/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Even after you delete video.

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done retest and see if any error is displayed. If not check your server error logs for any fatal errors. You may also want to add "embed" to the whitelist filtering as often videos are object embeds.

Does not show anything new. Only appears the previous 403 Forbidden message

If not check your server error logs for any fatal errors.

Path is public_html/error_log?
In this file does not appear significant error related to this (see screen)

You may also want to add "embed" to the whitelist filtering as often videos are object embeds.


I added embed to the list. Both problems continue

Disable CB Public Mail and SL Profile Navigator. Both are slamming PHP hard with notices trying to use variables that don't exist. Then see if issue is resolved. If not then keep disabling 3rd party CB plugins until resolved as the issue is often with a plugin.

Ok, public mail plugin user does not allow to publish videos in profile. If I deactivate it then it works.
I've updated the plugin and now users can post videos.
Nevertheless the problem in the backend continues:
It had proved to publish videos from backend in two user's profiles and I receive the error on having tried to go out of these profiles. It continues with public mail disconnected

Backend often loads plugins regardless of their disable state in order to prevent fieldtype plugins from fatally erroring. You're still having conflicts with 3rd party plugins. Only way to resolve is to continue disabling them until it goes away and make sure all your plugins are up to date. You can also try uninstalling 3rd party plugins if disabling them isn't working.
