Only happens with two unique users in backend. They are the two user with whom he had tried to insert video from backend.
CB doesn't have a "You don't have permission" language string. So I don't see how CB could be causing it. It could be a 3rd party Joomla User or System plugin within Extensions > Plug-in Manager conflicting as such plugins fire when CB stores the CMS user.
