CB 2.0 is not compatible with any 1.x plugins. You need to disable them all. This includes CBSubs, etc.. Once done retest if your issue persists.

I have solved this partly by unpublishing some of the plugins.
Now the registration page is showing.
However when I set it to tabbed display none of the fields show up only the "register" button. When I press that button I get system error messages that all the required registration fields are empty.
How do I get the field to show on tabbed mode?
