[SOLVED] Impossible to save the profile after upgrade to Joomla 3.3

Hello

We just upgraded to joomla 3.3 and when trying to update a profile we have now the error :
Unknown column 'onlinestatus' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT onlinestatus FROM yq0g1_comprofiler WHERE id=1353 (or the id of the user)

We are on CB 1.9.1 and did not change anything to the installation. New membership seems fine, only modifications of profile are impacted

Could you help us quickly on this ?

I have to add that all checks with CB tools on DB and DB plugins are ok, everything is green.

Maybe joomla 3.3 upgrade problem ?

How can I fix this ? would it be enough to change the table columns name of the field to 'onlinestatus' as it is now empty ??

Edit : I have also noticed that this behavior only occurs on front end, seems like back end editing of a profile is ok

Disable 3rd party CB plugins 1 by 1 in CB > Plugin Management until it goes away. There is no onlinestatus column, because the online status field doesn't store anything (it's calculated from session data), which is why that query errors. My guess is it could be a CB Query Field that's configured with that query or maybe something 3rd party.

You were right.

CB profile notifier does not work well with Joomla 3.3. Unpublishing it solved the problem.

Can you confirm ? We did not have this problem with Joomla 2.5

We don't have a CB Profile Notifier plugin. Do you mean the CB Profile Update Logger? If yes please ensure you're using latest release (1.5.0).

No it was a third party plugin that we bought last year. Unpublishing it solved the problem
