[SOLVED] Problem download and install Joomlapolis pro

Hello,
Since yesterday after my subscription to Joomlapolis pro membership community, I downloaded the pack on the website but it is impossible to install it. I just found an error when opening the file. It seems that the file is read-only (see image 1 and 2).So when I try to install files in my joomla website, it's not found ( see image 3 et 4).Can someone help me please.

Make sure that your download completed - it should be around 5.8 MB in size.

Also make sure that your php fileupload size parameter is more than 6M (8 M recommended).

If you cannot unzip the package you downloaded it means that the download was broken and never completed. Try to download again maybe turning off any download manager you have.

I've check my php informations. Upload_max_filesize value is 16M and "post_max_size" value is 3M. Concerning my quickstart pro pack that I downloaded more than 10 times, also changing computer, the problem still not solved. (see image attached.

I just emailed you the download package I tested - please test.

I just downloaded the pack in my e-mail. I tested it, but i have the same problem. When i download some files separately in the website, i don't have this problem. For example, i've downloaded plug_cbgroupjive, it works fine. Only quickstart packs have this problem. I don't know how to do.

So if you try and unzip the zip I emailed you what do you see?
