I did not check if this might have been resolved in CB 2.0 already: It would be great to have an additional "apply" button in the userlist backend section.
So it would be possible to only apply changes to a userlist without getting transferred back to the userlist selection section.

All our backend edit pages have Save, Save & Close, and Cancel now in CB 2.0.
