CB ProfileBook Wall tab? Yes, just use a Query action and insert a new wall post directly to the _comprofiler_plug_profilebook database table.

I suppose that I could do an auto action email for the same trigger?
Yup, you can setup your query action. Then copy it. Once copied edit it and change it to Email. This will ensure the trigger, access, etc.. is all 100% match to your query action.
