CB Auto Actions can act on CB triggers only. If there's no trigger for your click action, then no. You could use the Internal General or Internal Users URLs with their respective triggers, but they're meant for CRON and not really meant for frontend usage, but they'll work regardless. You'd need to surround your delimiter content with an href linking to either of their URLs found within CB Auto Actions > Config > Internal.
