I have opened a ticket and read the posts I could find everything says permissions issue. I set every folder to read, write, and execute even for public. with no change.

My question now is, what folder is it trying to make so I can just make it.

CB ProfileGallery is trying to create the below folder.

/images/comprofiler/plug_profilegallery

On first upload from a user it'll create the below.

/images/comprofiler/plug_profilegallery/USER_ID

As CB ProfileGallery stores the images on a user id by user id basis. Each user getting their own folder. If it can't create them then you've some sort of permissions issue persist.
