Joomla content categories? This is possible, but you'll either need to use direct database queries or use Joomla API in PHP. Both can be done from CB Auto Actions using either the Query action or the Code action. There is a Content action, but it's for creating Joomla/K2 content entries and not categories. I'll look into extending it to allow creation of categories too for next release.
