In the menu section of groupjive is no possibility.
If I have attached some events with a plenty of text, the event tab will be not clear. So I want to build lists to structure them.

Closest you can get to that is using the CB GroupJive Module included with GJ and setting "Mode" to "Scheduled Events (Integration)". Aside from that, no there's no menu link to list all events. At this time it's not planned either as there would be too many issues with recursive access permission look ups, which would be incredibly slow. Once I've the permissions usage revamped in next major GJ release it maybe possible then, but I can't say for sure at this time.
