User Profile Image not showing in user list

User Profile Image not showing in user list was created by flocktree
User profile images are not showing in the user list but I can see them in the comprofiler folder. Although I can't see how to match to images to users now. Images were uploading but recently this stopped working even though I haven't changed any of the configuration.

Ensure the avatar field is set to display on profile. Then ensure it's in at least 1 of your userlists enabled columns.

It is showing as a user list field and is in an user enabled column and indeed it was working. Now without me making any changes user profiles are no longer showing in the user list.

Where exactly do I need to ensure the avatar field in on display. Why would it no longer be working when it was showing previously? Is there a way you can login to my site to check?

Image is showing on profile (although not every time) but not on user list
