edit a field by clicking on a link was created by balde
what is the easiest way to edit a profile field by clicking on a link on any page of the website? CB Content bot and CB Content module not allow me editing field.

Have the link be to profile edit. CB has no page for displaying and saving just 1 field. If you still want such a solution then you'll need to develop it or review the alternatives discussed in the below topic.

I would like, through joomla content (articles), allow the user to edit a field of their profile. making the field appear directly in the article, either by using a link that performs an action when the user clicks it.

It's possible to render the edit mode of a field with substitutions, but there is no submit form or anything to handle the saving process. You can try making a field Ajax using CB Core Fields Ajax then rendering it using substitutions to see if the ajax still works, but I've no idea if it will.
