Back to an old question:
I have a field type „Editor Text Area“
And I set the field „Searchable in users-lists?:“ to Yes
But a search will not find the user with the corresponding entry in this field.

The field isn't showing up for searching or the criteria you're inputting isn't finding users? You may need to set your userlist search mode to "Simply Any" instead of default "Simple Is" so you can do partial searches.
