CB still asks for user moderation and approval, but it was configured to do not.

Hello,

I configured everything to not ask for user email confirmation and moderator approval, but new users still get blocked until a moderator approves and enable their profiles..

How I can solve this issue?

Here is screenshors for my saved settings.

CB Configuration:



Joomla Configuration (I believe it is not necessary, but...)



New users blocked.



New users cant see their profiles, they get this warnings:



I am in Windows Server 2012 -Joomla 3.2.4 - with PHP 5.4.24 - CB 1.9.1

If you go through the CB Registration process do you also go through the email confirmation and approval process?

But I seted to not ask for any email confirmation, there should be no process for this, right?

I believe this users in screenshot are created directly in admin panel or by LDAP. But how CB can confirm and approve them automatically?

You have to use CB registration. If you don't they won't be confirmed or approved as the default column values for both are 0. Do not use Joomla registration, Joomla user manager, or any other form of 3rd party registration. To fix those users you need to run CB > Tools > User Synchronize to get your tables back in sync.
