I configured everything to not ask for user email confirmation and moderator approval, but new users still get blocked until a moderator approves and enable their profiles..
How I can solve this issue?

New users blocked.
New users cant see their profiles, they get this warnings:
I am in Windows Server 2012 -Joomla 3.2.4 - with PHP 5.4.24 - CB 1.9.1
You have to use CB registration. If you don't they won't be confirmed or approved as the default column values for both are 0. Do not use Joomla registration, Joomla user manager, or any other form of 3rd party registration. To fix those users you need to run CB > Tools > User Synchronize to get your tables back in sync.
