Jquery conflict

hi,
i have a conflict with the jquery files that my components upload.
Once of these is the cb pro jquery.
I have already a jquery version 1.10.

I think that it's better to have a new version than the older 1.5.2 version of cb pro.

I'd like to nkow ho can i remove the old version (1.5.2) of jquery of cb pro. If i remove it and there is only the 1.10, could cb pro has a problem?
