How to set up teams?

Hi, I need to have two different usertypes, members and teams. Both must be CB users because I need a general address for the team and also addresses for the individual team members. After front end registering the team the members must be able to choose their team from a drop down to register themselves. How would I set this up?

Add a select fieldtype and supply all your teams as values for the select. If the teams need to come from a database you can use CB Query Field and its Query Select fieldtype, which will build its options from database query results.
