Field for administrator to make notes on a users profile, invisible to the user.

I am using CB to manage job applications and would like some extra fields for each user that are only visible to me as the administrator. Is this possible?

I have manage to hide a field from the users profile, but when the user edits their profile it is visible in that screen.

I may also which to have hidden drop-down or radio selectors. Perhaps the same process can be used for those fields too?

Just put field in tab that is published only for admin users.
