Hi, although of interest, I want to pick the emails out when they are of interest to me, how to unsubscribe from this daily mass of emails I receive in my gmail address [REMOVED].Please??!!

Check the topics that you're receiving emails from and click the "Unsubscribe" button at the top of them. It's also possible to subscribe to an entire category so you may want to check and ensure you didn't subscribe to an entire forum category. You can also review and delete topic subscriptions within your Joomlapolis profile on the "Forum" tab.
