Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting then register a user. It's possible your PHP version doesn't work too well with Joomlas new password encryption method. CB doesn't handle passwords anymore in CB 1.9.1 and CB 2.0, it's entirely handled by Joomla user object.

That's just a strict standards warning. Please provide the PHP version for your server. You may have some sort of incompatibility. Note 3.3.3 has released so you may want to try updating to it as well.
