I put my email to receive copies of the emails, to check if the numbers are correct.
I couldn't check that before, because my email was in "bcc". I changed it to "cc:" and now I am receiving the copies. For now, numbers seem ok, and I am not having the problem with emails too far from the time it was supposed to be sent. Surely is for the reason you explained.
Now I have a new issue. I created an emailer with
Automatically send message at following date: 2 weeks after
and applies to a selection of plans, with:
Must be in state: Active.
And I have been testing it for one week and it is not sending any emails (or generating in the queue).
I have been checking and there are lots of new subscriptions that were payed and activated 2 weeks before, and no email has been sent on all this days.
I put this parameters in the following configuration fields:
But do not send message if it's later than: 2 days
And the emailer si published. So I cannot found nothing more to do. I tried with different plans, just to check, but none of them is working. Is there any issue with the subscription date as the criteria?
I tested with the one step procees of sending the mailers, and the 2 step process (processing first and sending later), and none of them works.
