Sometime after CB 2.0 goes Stable. That's all I can tell you. I don't have a release date or schedule for the incubator projects, but as it's one of the smaller plugins it'll likely be released within a week of CB 2.0 going Stable.

It doesn't have any features to do that. If you need a specifically customized select input I recommend creating your own CB fieldtype plugin to provide exactly what you're needing.
