I have installed 2.0 also under latest J3 and everything at first looks OK. Verify maybe PHP, etc

Do you have CBSubs installed? It's possible it's failing as there are incompatibilities. Disable the CBSubs system plugin by renaming its folder in the below location if it's installed then see if you can get into backend.

FROM: /plugins/system/cbpaidsubsbot
TO: /plugins/system/cbpaidsubsbotDISABLED

Thanks a lot! :) that was it, renamed CBSubs and was able to log in into backend, but now as i try go to fields management area it gives me

Warning: file /home4/tanyail1/public_html/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/pluginsfiles.tgz still exists. This is probably due to the fact that first installation step did not complete, or second installation step did not take place. If you are sure that first step has been performed, you need to execute second installation step before using CB. You can do this now by clicking here: please click here to continue next and last installation step.

should i follow instructions and proceed with the next installation step or better to try to install it again?
