CB Bootstrap 2.1 disables Community Builder Profile Pro was created by pasquale1980

Hi, after installing the package CB Bootstrap 2.1, the two forms created for the registration with CB Profile Pro intended for the registration of two different users, no longer work, now displays the default form with all fields mixed. What is the problem?
