Tab created do not display !

As mentioned in the documentation, a tab by default will only show up in frontend is it has fields in it that also have values in them.
In backend the tab will always show (if of course it is published).
Check the CB Configuration --> User Profile area for these parameters:
Show empty tabs
Show empty fields
that by default are off.
Impossible to have a connection when groupjive is activated, on back end site off
any idea ?
Turn on Joomla debug at maximum level to see what error message is any is displayed.
