Yubikey was created by petercw
Hi, I have a Yubikey

yubikey

I was going to use the standard joomla login module to authenticate using my Yubikey using the plugin from Akeeba:

plugin

With this worked fine with CB 1.x, but it seems like with CB 2.0, authentication using the joomla login module and yubikey is prevented, what can I do as I would like to be able to use Yubikey and CB2.0 on my site

Thanks

Peter

It needs to be compatible with Joomlas Authenticator API. We render the Secret input and pass it to Joomlas login API. At that point it's the responsibility of the Joomla Authenticator plugin to validate it. You'll need to contact Akeeba regarding this.

I buy a new YUBICO NEO. It work fine with Joomla 3.4.1 on the backend, but not with CB 2.0.9 Longin Module in frontend.

Have anybody a hint for me what's wrong?

I want to use YUBICO NEO also for use with frontend CB Login.

With the Standard Joomla Modul for login it works.

Same reply as above. Once the key has been passed to Joomla it's completely out of CBs hands. We do not have any code or API for handling the secret key. That's entirely handled by Joomlas login API. Beyond that there's nothing more I can suggest. We did not develop the extension you're trying to use so I've no idea how they're trying to authenticate the secret key.
