New error after Joomla 3.3 update

Hi Guys

Updated to Joomla 3.3, and receiving this error on front-end when pressing menu item with URL: index.php?option=com_comprofiler:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in ....../administrator/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.class.php on line 3559

I have switched off any error reporting in Joomla, and my host has added the following to php.ini for me in respect of error reporting:

E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_STRICT & ~E_DEPRECATED

But still this message won't go away.

We have access to either PHP 5.3, 5,4 , 5.5 or 5.6 - currently using 5.4 (required for many of the extensions.) If i select 5.3, this error goes away but messes the rest of my site.

Any ideas?

UPDATE:

Ran CB Tools - all ok, except the Plug in checks fails for a number of items, with the following type of error:
CB plugin "CB Ajax Text Field": no database or no database description.
CB plugin "....<span>/</span>home<span>/</span>membersweb/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubsdocman/cbsubs.docman.xml

Re-installed CB but still same errors..

I rolled back the Joomla 3.3 update, and all seems ok now. However, if I switch to simple error reporting, this error still shows, but at least it disappears with error reporting = none in Joomla config.

That's Nested Tabs usage creating an object dynamically without first creating the object. The usage works, but PHP 5.4+ doesn't like it and throws a warning. You can shut off error reporting or nested tabs usage in CB > Configuration > User Profile to get rid of it. This is fixed already in CB 2.0.

Nested Tabs? I think I saw something like that in CBSubs setup... the Plans | Integrations tab spawns a row of tabs underneath. Is that what is meant by nested tabs??

If not, how might I determine if I'll break anything by turning off 'nested tabs'??

It's nested profile tabs. It's enabled/disabled within CB > Configuration > User Profile. It can't break anything, but it will change how tabs show on profile (they won't be nested anymore).
