Running Joomla 3.3.3, CB 1.9.1, CBSubs GPL 3.0.0
I am prepping a rollout upgrade from our old system and now when I have an expired member attempt to login they receive "you are not authorized to access this resource". I have put in the "Expired URL" into CBSubs as the member profile tab for subscriptions, but it does not redirect there. When I put in the url manually, it gets to the proper place and shows the expired membership, but no renewal buttons (yes renewal buttons are turned on).
I'm assuming this is a permissions issue somewhere, how can I fix this?
P.S. I submitted a Support Ticket, but it doesn't seem to have a record of it anywhere and I never received a confirmation eMail. I am also unable to login to the support area (the link to view tickets) with my professional account.
