Yeah, this was a bit confusing.

When I change the CB config to First/Middle/Last it disables Name in the dropdown in autoactions.

I switched it back to Name, and now when I update Name field it takes effect right away. I'll just be using Name going forward and dump whatever CB fields I want into that formatted the way I want it.

Auto-Actions is awesome. Thanks.

Yeah, it won't let you update disabled fields, but it shouldn't really matter to CB Auto Actions since it's a direct user object change. That'll be fixed in next CB Auto Actions release to allow changes to any field that has a DB column regardless of publish state.
