It could be the CB COnfiguration -> User Profile
Do not filter following tags on editor area fields:
Some will also use iframe as Nick suggested. So you'll probably want to allow embed and object then go from there if still not working (iframe could be dangerous as users could render an iframe to whatever site they wanted).
You could also just use CB Video Field and avoid needing to do this at all as it can use a video URL to format the embed for you.
