You need to add an iframe in the delimiter field after whitelisting the iframe tag as Nick instructed above.

No, not unless your Joomla editor has one. JCE might let you add one, but I don't know for sure. Aside from that you just write the HTML for it manually.

You should talk to a lawyer to draw up terms and conditions as well as privacy terms for your site. There's probably some general forms you can Google around for though if that's not an option right now.
