cb_antispam was created by AgnesB
Following Kyle’s recommendation: “CB Captcha is deprecated and replaced by CB AntiSpam. CB Captcha will not see a new release. Please replace it with CB AntiSpam.” I installed cb_antispam on my site and unpublished cb_captcha. Then I encountered several issues:

A- Registration: I turned off the frontend email address checking from your CB Configuration -> Registration tab Ajax Email checker parameter, but new user are still not able to complete the application form. The submission of the registration page returns an error message: “The words you typed did not match the ones displayed. Please try again.” However, words and all fields are correctly entered.
B- Backend access: Since the antispam plugin is activated, super users are blocked from accessing the backend and their IPs are blocked. I whitelisted their IP in the Admin tools and the cb_antispam plugin. Still blocked.

I'm using "Joomla v3.3.3" and "Community Builder v1.9.1" and CB Subscription plan with SSL enable on all site.

CB has no such error message. I've scanned all of Joomla, CB, and our integrations. The only thing I could find with that exact message is K2, which has the following.

Code:
K2_THE_WORDS_YOU_TYPED_DID_NOT_MATCH_THE_ONES_DISPLAYED_PLEASE_TRY_AGAIN="The words you typed did not match the ones displayed. Please try again."

My guess is you've some sort of K2 user plugin or user sync plugin in Joomla > Extensions > Plug-in Manager. Find and disable it then see if issue resolves.

CB AntiSpam is frontend only. It can't check backend logins. It also does not set the block column in _users, which would block them from logging in on both frontend and backend. The only way for that to happen is if a moderator blocked their entire account (possible from Block tab). Whitelist would also prevent the block if it was CB AntiSpam doing it. Do you have any backend security extensions like Admin Tools?
