When I try to go to CB Subs setting I am getting a blank white page. The error_log is showing these errors:

I have tried re-installing CB Subs and CB, but that didn't help.
This is a Joomla 3.3.3 site with CB 1.9.1, and CB Subs 3.0.
How do I get the CB Subs Setting usable again?

Turns out that the CB Subs configuration table was corrupted. I have to replace the _cbsubs_config table with a blank one from a new install.
