Problem implementing GroupJive auto

Hello,

I have tried to implement an auto rule for any newly registered profile.
By default I set up all group or category options to de-activated.

I need an auto rule creating a unique category dedicated to the one belonging to a defined category.
The one I have config is based once "profile picture is updated".

actually I solved the problem, do not really know how but is working fine.

I have 2 additional questions now:
- I do not understand what "Menus" stands for in GJ.. There are plenty of items there!?
- I would like to create automatically specific fields - depending on the ACL of the users - in the automatically generated user's category. I need to highlight that ACL is well recognized with CB auto

I wish there were more documentation. When I signed-up as a pro member I expected higher quality docs.

Allows you to generate Joomla internal menu items to GJ pages. This isn't doable in CB 1.x through normal Joomla menu management so they need to be generated from GJ. With CB 2.0 you won't have to do this though.

What fields are made available in the action are all that are available for setting by the action. Anything else would need to be done probably through CB Auto Actions and a Query action. Custom fields however are not possible as GJ does not support custom fields.

I wish there were more documentation. When I signed-up as a pro member I expected higher quality docs.

GJ is an incubator project. It's constantly changing. Maintain documentation for it is very difficult. After CB 2.0 Stable we'll be working on providing better quality documentation for all our plugins though.

unfortunately that does not help me much...

So, at this stage I have created a global category. For any new user, a dedicated group is created in its interface.

The category is mentionned above its group, as attached. How do you remove this, as this the user would not take any advantage of that.

You'd need to alter the GJ template to remove the category display from the group panes template file. Please see the GJ template files found below.
