The &tab=TAB_NAME_HERE usage has to specify the exact tab name. So for example if it's "Wall" you should have &tab=Wall. It should be added to the end of the GJ Group URL. You should be able to test this by going to the group, modify the URL in your browser address bar, then pressing enter and the Wall tab should be open.
