Paypal Integration Issues -

Hi,

My Paypal integration is not working. A customer can go through the purchase process ok, Paypal collects the first month subscription, but then two issues are encountered:

1. The customer is not referred back to the web site.
2. The customer is not able to access the members only content.

I have encountered something odd in the Gateway set-up screen which might be part of the problem. The Paypal Business Email or Secure Merchant ID is being auto populated with my user name from my CloudAccess (my server host) account and my API password is being auto-populated too, even though I'm not using Paypals API. I have enclosed a screen shot for you to see this.

When I input my Paypal Business email and delete the Paypal API then save the changes they "take" and it looks like everything is ok. But when I make a purchase through the plan and come back to the Gateway page, then it has reverted back to the screenshot settings.

Please read your CBSubs documentation carefully as well as follow the instructions directly in the gateway it self (see input descriptions) on how to properly configure your PayPal account. If you've inputs auto-completing then your browser is doing it or you've a browser extension doing it; we can't possibly know and auto-populate that information.
