Refresh without cache. This is normally Ctrl + F5. Your browser has likely cached the CSS preventing the newer CSS from loading in (shouldn't happen though as we version the files, but browser may ignore this). If still not working please install CB 2.0 Stable over it self and see if it clears the issue up.

Was it any of our plugins causing issues? Have you tried updating them if there's an update available to see if issue resolves?

one issue was not correct set of some folder rights during the update.
But the complete homepage crashed... NoNumbers Module Manager don't work anymore after update to CB 2.0 => This leeds to a chaos of modules in frontend.
Some parts of Jrevriews don't work also anymore.
So I give up and restore the complete homepage from backup...
