How to upgrade from Joomla 2.5 to 3.3

I poked around the forum, FAQ, etc, and couldn't find this. We're running Joomla 2.5 and CB 1.9.1. We want to upgrade to Joomla 3.3 and obviously retain all of our data. Will our CB 1.9.1 just work on Joomla 3.3, or do we have to get a different download? In that case, what's the upgrade sequence?

And yes, CB 1.9.1 and CB 2.0 RC3 (needs at least PHP 5.3.3 and MYSQL 5.1) both work great on these new Joomla releases !
