Small request. Can you add Sex (Male,Female,Unknown)
We've had a long discussion about a Gender field internally and publicly multiple times. We've come to the conclusion to avoid offending anyone we are opting not to provide one, sorry. You'll need to create a gender field for your self. There are too many ways people identify themselves and if we add them all then we offend X group and if we explode A we offend Y group; so it's just not possible for it to be generic enough to please everyone. We may reconsider this in the future if we choose to implement gender specific features into the core of CB.
Date of Birth as default fields. DOB could be optioned as Birthday only, true DOB, year only, age only. I have to add them all the time and think they would be fields used by most sites.
This could be something we add later once we've redone our Sample Data tool, which for now only creates very simple fieldtype usages. Please note with CB 2.0 you can override the date and time formats of date and datetime fields now. So it's possible to format the output however you like using PHP date function format usage, but we already supply an Age format internally. Regarding edit display no it's not possible to adjust what dropdowns are available; they'd still need to complete month, day, and year.
