Page jumps to the top when you click on tabs

Page jumps to the top when you click on tabs was created by matthewdavey

I have just uploaded CB 2.0 and now the Page jumps to the top when you click any tab where CB 1.9 the page stays in the same position and the tab just changes what could be the problem?
